The terms "we," "us," "our," and "Company" refer to The Digital Fruitstand, LLC. The terms "you," "your," and "customer" refer to any visitor, purchaser, or user of our products.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, our StanStore storefront, and any digital products, downloads, or materials purchased from us (collectively, the "Product(s)"), as well as any related communications, emails, or social media channels (collectively, the "Site").
BY PURCHASING FROM US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT PURCHASE OR USE OUR PRODUCTS.
By accessing our Site or purchasing a Product, you accept these Terms without limitation or qualification. Any prior agreements or understandings between you and the Company regarding the Product are superseded by these Terms.
Our Products are digital downloads (such as ebooks, templates, and similar digital files) delivered electronically via StanStore or another designated platform. No physical item is shipped, and no ongoing service, course, or membership is included unless separately and explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
You agree to pay the full listed price for any Product you purchase. Payment is processed through StanStore or another third-party payment processor. We do not directly store your payment card information; that information is handled according to the payment processor's own security practices and policies, which are outside our control.
You agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback for any completed and delivered purchase. If you do so without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide documentation of the transaction and delivery to the payment processor and/or card issuer to contest the dispute, and to pursue collection of any resulting fees or costs, including reasonable attorney's fees.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not apply retroactively to purchases already completed, and no price-adjustment refunds will be issued.
All sales of our Products are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the content, failure to review the Product description prior to purchase, technical issues on your end preventing access, accidental purchase, or change of mind.
This policy exists because our Products are instantly downloadable digital files that cannot be "returned" once accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
If a genuine technical failure on our end prevents delivery of the Product you paid for, your sole and exclusive remedy is redelivery of the file; this does not entitle you to a cash refund.
This Product is sold as a single, standalone digital download as it exists at the time of your purchase. We are under no obligation to provide updates, revisions, corrections, or new versions of the Product, and none should be expected as part of your purchase.
Upon completing your purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Product for your own personal or internal business use.

Violation of this license entitles us to revoke your access and pursue any available legal remedies, including recovery of the value of any unauthorized copies distributed.
The Product, including all text, design, graphics, layout, and other content, is the copyrighted property of The Digital Fruitstand, LLC unless otherwise noted, and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing the Product transfers only the limited license described in Section 6 — it does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
Any results, outcomes, or benefits you seek to achieve using the Product are dependent on your own effort, circumstances, and execution. We make no guarantee of any specific result from using the Product.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DIGITAL FRUITSTAND, LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Digital Fruitstand, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Product; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the Product.
In connection with your use of our Site and Products, you agree not to: engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity; distribute viruses or other harmful code; attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the Product's underlying content for resale; impersonate any person or entity; or use automated tools to scrape or mine data from our Site.
Any testimonials, reviews, or examples referenced on our Site or in connection with our Products reflect the individual experiences of the people who provided them and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Individual results vary based on numerous factors outside our control.
Purchases are processed through StanStore or another designated third-party platform. Your purchase is also subject to that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy, which govern matters such as payment processing and account management independent of these Terms. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by the third-party platform.
By purchasing our Product, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version to our Site. Continued use of our Site or Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page.
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms apply to customers worldwide, regardless of your location. However, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Digital Fruitstand, LLC regarding your purchase and use of the Product, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
